Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What information do I need to work with a designer?

It is helpful for our designers to reference an architectural plan, CAD model, previous floorplans or even a rough sketch with dimensions when designing your new space. If you do not have this information, simply filling out our measurement form is typically enough to help our designer get started.

How do I communicate with my designer?

If you have any questions about the process, your design or pricing, please email us at design@depthcabinetry.com.

How far in advance before my project should I work with a designer?

We recommend that you begin working with a designer at least 3-4 weeks prior to the start date of your install. This will give your designer enough time to provide a layout as well as account for the delivery of your cabinets. We can sometimes design and deliver a project in less than 3 weeks so feel free to let us know you're in a time crunch and we'll see what we can do!

Do you have a kitchen measuring service?

We currently do not offer a kitchen measuring service. Please use our measurement form for assistance in measuring your kitchen.
